Mice
If you have ever noticed a quick movement across the floor out of the corner of your eye or seen tiny rice grain sized droppings in your cupboards or under your stove/fridge, you are dealing with mice. As one of the smallest prey species, mice will find small gaps and points of entry at ground level in particular along the foundation, siding, under doors or through utility lines to access into a building.
Once inside they will move throughout the space via utility lines moving between levels, units and rooms looking for food, water and nesting materials.
As mice are able to live off crumbs, having mice activity in your home or commercial space requires a specialised approach. Our wildlife technicians can easily trace and find access points, often very sneaky and not obvious to the untrained eye. These access points are sealed up and the building mouse-proofed. Once the flow of mice into the structure has been stopped, we will run a humane trapping program on the interior to target and remove any mice locked inside.
It really is that simple.
Baby mice can squeeze through a 1/2" gap and leave pheromone trails at entry holes to communicate to other transient mice that there is an opening to use!
